I was just speaking to Sr. national Executive Director Maria Krehel who was taking her 5 images into kinkos to get a big sign made. I feel so privileged to know the dreams of literally hundreds of women in this business. Thats the best part of my job, seeing the dreams come to life! The hardest part of my job is seeing leaders give up on their dreams. I take our job real seriously and personally and I can't stand it to see a mom quit on her dreams a grandma give up, a daughter settle for less than she deserves! My greatest wish for each person I touch is that they live up to the full potential of what they were born to do!
