Hey everyone, and Happy Friday! I hope you all have had an amazing week. Here, in Dallas, we have had an incredible week. Last night was an unbelievable event that we hosted called “Spa Your Community”. WOW!!! Let me be the first to tell you what an incredible event it was.
First, I have to send out a special thanks to Platinum Senior National Director, Evelyn Coleman and Senior National Director, Maria Krehel for their support. Each of them had volunteers from among their teams to come in and help us with this incredible event. You guys did an amazing job…I hope you had as much fun as I did. It was fun to spend time with each of you and get to know you better…you guys rock!
Ok, so let me set this up for you. A few weeks ago, we sent out invitations within the community inviting people to come see what we were all about and participate in our WHO month celebration and fundraiser. We converted our atrium and New Director Training Room into a beautiful Spa Oasis. In the atrium, we set up display tables that represent every section of the BC Spa…Relaxation, Instant Manicure/Pedicure, MRP, Instant Facelift, BC Color and even added a Men’s Station and a Fragrance Station. Each station was manned, or rather, womanned, by one of our local Consultants or Directors. As the members of the community entered, they were pampered and educated about our products and allowed to try and experience them for themselves. Our BC staff was there to run hot towels, serve cucumber and lemon water and assist the Consultants and Directors as they pampered the guests. We even had fragrance “spritzers” that mingled in the crowd allowing the guests to experience our fragrances.
In our Director Training Room, we broke it out into three sections and set up three separate living room environments that would mimic a person’s home. As the guests filtered into the room, they were encouraged to sit down with a neck wrap and neck patch and experience a selection of products such as Lip Apeel, Eye Pads, Eye Patches, Show of Hands, Peppermint Pulse Point Lotion, among other things. As the Consultants demonstrated the products on them, they educated the guests on BeautiControl, the products and how this is the type of service that we offer with every one of our Spa experiences.
As the guests left, they were allowed to book spas and purchase products…the proceeds going to the WHO Foundation.
The event was a HUGE success. It was so fun to watch as the guests experienced the entire event. We thought it would be more of an open house environment where they came in, looked around, took their goodie bag and left, but it ended up being a big party where people came early and stayed late. It was crazy! The community loved it and saw the incredible opportunity and unbelievable services that we offer with every one of our Spas.
Let me tell you…I would hate to be in the Direct Sales business today without a great venue or “party” in which to sell products. The BC Spa ROCKS THE INDUSTRY when it comes to having the BEST party…the MOST inviting sales opportunity and the MOST lucrative way to demonstrate products, book parties, sell products and find people who want to do what you do. If you are not doing Spas, you are cheating yourself out of instant income and an amazing opportunity.
Last night, it was obvious to me…I don’t care who you are, or how much money you make, the BC Spa appeals to every one. Last night, we had a room full of local Dallas high rolling Muckity Mucks who could spend any amount of money on their cosmetics. They saw BeautiControl in an entirely new light! You can’t imagine how excited they were to sit down, be pampered and experience the pampering treatments, the skin changing skin care and the life altering opportunity that we offer women.
Feel good about our opportunity, our products and our Spa. We are best in class! The great thing about the Spa is that it is a business that can be as portable as you want it to be. Don’t forget to take your Spas with you on vacation and Spa on the Go during these summer months.

As always, great info.
Question - Do you have plans to start PODCAST? It would be great if we could get your videos on podcast and as we are out and about, with downtime,use that time to listen and learn.
