First, let me say Happy Memorial Day Weekend. I hope you all have great plans to kick off the summer. Keep in mind that this weekend holds a huge opportunity for you to see friends and family, meet new people and increase sales, get June Spa bookings and find some potential new Consultants. In addition we have the biggest offer of the year right now for all Consultants and clients to help maximize your sales and profit potential. Don’t miss this opportunity to activate, order and get client sales. Offers like this don’t come along often, so don’t pass it up for yourself and don’t let your client’s miss it either.
To help you maximize your sales, I have put together an action plan to help you drive contact:
- If you don’t have a BeautiPage, get one! Seriously, BeautiPage is one of the most powerful tools to help drive sales by creating an online store-front for your clients to shop. Build your client list, send them monthly emails, e-postcards and e-newsletters and quickly build a re-order business that will keep you in business month after month. Remember, you receive 40% commission on every order fulfilled by BeautiControl, meaning that you don’t have to have inventory on hand and can easily create a healthy little internet business to help supplement your Spa sales.
- Log onto Beautinet and change the template on your BeautiPage to reflect the 20% sale to all of your clients through the end of the month.
- Post the link to your updated BeautiPage on your Facebook page and say “Don’t miss the opportunity to save in our biggest client sale of the year”. Be sure to post at least once a day to make sure that people don’t miss your posting. Also, be sure that you post something during the last few hours of the sale to create urgency.
- Send all of your clients the e-postcard announcing the sale. Send them one immediately, then send them a follow-up email while they still have 24 hours left in the sale with a message saying, “24 hours left to take advantage of huge savings on your Beauticontrol products”.
- Make sure you send each of your clients who order a booking flier for June to show them what they can earn when they book a Spa with you in June. Take advantage of every opportunity to fill your calendars for June and July. These forms are located on BeautiNet under "Forms on File>Booking>June Booking Flier.
- Having trouble getting client orders? Have a drawing. Every client that places an order will be entered into a drawing for a free product/product package. You will have one drawing each day. Order early so your name stays in the drawing to increase your chances to win. You can use this strategy to help increase Spa bookings as well.
- If you are a Sr. Consultant and above, make sure you drive massive ordering activity for all the Consultants on your team. Now is the time for them to activate. Yes, we will be sending emails, but they are more likely to respond to great offers such as this when they hear from YOU. YOU are BeautiControl to them, not us, so now is the time to reach out and let your Consultants know about this offer.
- If you have Consultants who are about to become inactive, don’t let them. This is an offer that is intended to generate massive activity. Remember, when we surveyed our dropped Consultants recently there were two major reasons that they left us:
- #1 – they didn’t know they had dropped
- #2 – their recruiting Consultant never contacted them.
- If you have Consultants who are eligible to re-instate, contact them and let them know about the offer. They obviously loved BeautiControl products, so let them know that they have an opportunity to save 20% on their order IN ADDITION TO their discount privileges as an active Consultant.
- People respond better to personal messages than they do to emails, so pick up the phone, call your clients and Consultants. If you have a large client base or Consultant team, use the Post Call service that we have and leave a message. They will love to hear from you.
- Take sensors with you everywhere you go this weekend. You are going to be meeting new people, so make sure that you add them to your client list. Every person who takes the Skin S.P.A. quiz is added to your client list, so make sure you pass those out and sensor everyone you can. Don’t just give them a sensor and expect them to remember to do it, use your mobile phone, I-pad or laptop to get their information entered immediately. So you don’t have a laptop, smart phone or I-pad…no worries, double click on this form, print it, add your sensors and have them fill out the questionnaire. You can enter the information when you get home. This form will be available on Forms on File on June 1st, but you can use this one in the meantime. You can’t tell me that sensors don’t work. I have added over 230 new clients in May alone just by passing out sensors wherever I go. When I add in the clients that I already had, I now have a client list of over 700 clients since January that I can market to month after month with special offers, new products and opportunities to book Spas and schedule re-order appointments. Make sure that all of your clients are auto-enrolled to receive the E-Newsletter that tells them about the new products and new offers each month. My key learning from this “Beat Me at My Own Game” challenge is this…THIS BUSINESS WORKS WHEN I WORK!
- Don’t wait until tomorrow…the time is to-NOW. Every day you wait to contact your clients and Consultants is one day of sales that you are missing. Create urgency, drive activity and make this your best month of the year.
I believe so strongly and so passionately about what we offer in terms of an earning opportunity. So much, in fact that I am posting this blog a day early and leaving up through the end of the month to ensure that it has maximum visibility.
