Welcome to 2012. I know many of you have made New Year resolutions; I certainly know that I have. I hope you, like me, have decided that 2012 is going to be the year that you take your BeautiControl business to the extreme.
One of my resolutions this year is that I am going to stop being subtle about our amazing products and incredible opportunity and shout from the mountain tops about everything that we have to offer here at BeautiControl. We have the best products and the best opportunity and the only thing that is getting in our way is ourselves. If everyone knew what all we have to offer here at BeautiControl we could not purchase paper fast enough to print Consultant Agreements.
You are going to hear us talk about 3 things this year:
- The year of Activity
- The year of the Spa
- The year of Opportunity
The reason they call this business “Party Plan Selling” is because group selling is the fastest way for you to reach the most people who want to purchase products, book parties of their own and see the earning potential of becoming a Consultant to do what you do. Every guest at your Spa will be one of 4 things:
- A lead
- A client
- A Hostess
- A Consultant
It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that the more Spas you hold and the more guests that you have at each Spa the more leads, clients, Hostesses and prospective Consultants you will have…and the faster you will build your business. When you have Spas on your calendar, you can assure that you will stay in business and put money in the bank.
In 2012, your success will begin with your Extreme Spas in January and February. So what is an Extreme Spa? It’s really no different than the basic Spa that you are doing today, with the exception that you are introducing your Spa guests to our best selling products…products that are demonstrable and offer visible results, turning them into a client for life:
- BC Spa Manicure products
- BC Spa Facial Regimen
- The Extreme Instant Facelift, featuring:
- BC Spa Resurface Microdermabrasion
- BC Spa Resurface Resurfacing Peel
- TFF Extreme Tri-peptide Complex
- TFF Extreme Lip Treatment
- TFF Eye Firming Serum
- Pampering Relaxation Treatments, such as:
- Lip Apeel
- Eye Patches or Eye Pads
- Pedicure Cream
- Or your favorite pampering and relaxation products
I would recommend doing the complete skin care and Instant Facelift on every guest at your Spa for maximum results. If you don’t have time, at least do the Instant Facelift on your Hostess. Just remember, when people see and feel the results of our products on their face, they are more apt to fall in love with them and buy them.
After cleansing and toning the skin, apply the Resurfacing Peel to the right side of your guest’s face. As you apply the product, explain to them how the acids are acting as a chemical exfoliant to loosen the dead, surface cells to reveal the younger skin cells that are lying beneath. Let your guests know that this could be most closely compared to clinical strength Chemical Peels that they would pay in excess of $100 per treatment at their local Spa or dermatologist’s office.
After leaving on the skin for a few minutes, follow with your BC Spa Resurface Microdermabrasion to the right side of the face, explaining how this physical exfoliant is brushing away the dead skin cells that were loosened with the Resurfacing Peel. Let your guests know that this could be most closely compared to clinical strength Microdermabrasion Treatment that they would pay in excess of $100 per treatment at their local Spa or dermatologist’s office.
After allowing them to see the noticeable difference in the smoothness and texture of their skin, it is time to go Extreme. Allow them to first apply the TFF Eye Firming Serum to the line prone areas around the eyes and onto their eyelid area. Next, apply the TFF Extreme Tri-Peptide Complex to the right side of the face, followed by the TFF Extreme Lip Treatment. These products each contain two key features that you need to be familiar with:
- Tri-peptide complex – a complex, patent-pending blend of 3 peptides that help to relax the expression lines, stimulate the production of collagen and elastin and increase the firmness of the underlying skin tissues, resulting in immediate improvement and long term skin repair.
- Hyaluronic Filling Spheres or HylaSponges – unique delivery systems that deliver pure hyaluronic acid into the skin to restore natural moisture and immediately plump lines and wrinkles.
Hyaluronic Filling Spheres are dehydrated hyaluronic acid molecules that absorb into the skin beneath the wrinkle then rehydrate with the skin’s natural moisture to plump the line and wrinkle from the inside-out. This ingredient is found in the TFF Extreme Tri-Peptide Complex as well as the TFF Extreme Lip Plumping Treatment.
HylaSponges are found in the TFF Eye Firming Serum. These are dehydrated hyaluronic acid molecules that are rehydrated with our patented tri-peptide blend in the formulation process. When the product is applied to the skin, it forms a second skin, called a micro-crystalline matrix on the skin’s surface. This matrix is made up of millions of hylasponges that penetrate into the skin, gradually releasing the peptides under the skin’s surface for a delayed, time-released delivery.
When you demonstrate the TFF products to your guests, let them know that the dermal filling benefits of both the Hyaluronic Filling Spheres and the HylaSponges mimic the benefits of dermal filling injections, while the benefits of the peptides mimic the benefits of injections such as Botox that help to relax the expression lines. There is no need for your clients to spend thousands of dollars on these treatments that last just 2 to 3 months, when they can get similar short-term benefits and better long-term repair benefits for a fraction of the price.
After your guests have applied the TFF products, have them enjoy some of the other pampering products. Perhaps you take this time to demonstrate the Instant Manicure, Cuticle Oil and Hand Repair Cream as you let them sit back, close their eyes and relax.
After 20 to 30 minutes, let them all have a mirror and share their “big reveal”. They will each see a visible difference on the right side of their face where they have completed the Extreme Instant Face Lift. Now let them apply their eye cream and moisturizer.
Now it is time for you to close your Spa and package your “sets” of products that allow them to leave with the products that they experienced at your Spa. You will likely find that many of them won’t purchase every single product that you tried, but that is just fine…this gives them a reason to host their own Spa with you so they can receive the product credits that are offered as part of our Hostess Program. Even if they choose not to book a Spa with you, you have all of their information and can follow up with after the Spa. Remember, this is how you build your client list and create a re-order business which will keep you in business.
So…how are you going to get your current clients and prospective Hostesses excited about booking a Spa? You are going to take it to the Extreme with all the tools that we have created for you to use:
Postcards:
- Available either to order as a Sales Aid and send directly to your clients or by clicking on “Client Connection” through BeautiNet and having us send them for you.
Ad Slicks and Product Profiles:
- Available under “Forms on File” on BeautiNet, these PDF images can be used to display at your Spa, put into client orders, used as promotional hand-outs to prospective clients or even saved as a jpg image and used to market the products on Facebook.
- Product Videos:
- These videos have been created for multiple purposes. These videos are designed to offer comprehensive product training, promotion for the Instant Facelift to encourage guest to attend and Host a Spa and for social media purposes so you can take your make your business viral through social networking sites such as Facebook or Twitter. You can even email the links to these videos to your existing clients.
Remember…this January we have an extreme goal of holding 30,000 Extreme Spas. This is a company record, but for the #1 Spa Brand in North America, I think we can do it.
Remember these words of advice…you are BeautiControl to your clients. You provide your guests with luxurious Spa treatments and every time you hold a Spa for your clients, you are providing a service that is in great demand. With BeautiControl, the Spa is an affordable luxury that you can offer people. No other company can say that. No other company offers what you offer. Don’t be shy about sharing your Spa with everyone you come in contact with. When you have something that no one else has, you are in demand. Rather than being shy about what you have, boldly take control of your Spa business. That is the beauty of being in control…you have what no one else has and you offer your clients what no one else can.
