I have spent the past few weeks compiling all your questions about the new Regeneration Tight Firm and Fill Extreme so I could create a resource for you to go when you have client questions. If you have additional questions, please let me know by posting in the comments section below:
How does this product(s) fit into the spa?
This product can be used as part of the Instant Face Lift for those who want an “Extreme” Instant Face Lift with extreme results. Simply use it in place of the Tight, Firm & Fill Face Creme as part of the four-step regimen.
Does this replace my need to use my other Regeneration Tight, Firm & Fill products?
This could potentially replace Regeneration Tight, Firm and Fill Face Crème for those people wanting more extreme results even faster.
How does this fit into my daily skin care regimen?
This product will replace the application of the TFF Face cream only. Apply after cleansing and toning and follow with the products that you normally use. If you choose to use this product both AM and PM, you would apply it after your Regeneration Overnight in the PM. It is not meant to replace Regeneration Overnight, which is still your best product targeted for nighttime repair and recovery.
How is this product different than the Tight, Firm & Fill Extreme Wrinkle Concentrate?
Both products have the Tight, Firm & Fill Triple Peptide Complex at maximum usage levels, plus the Hyaluronic Filling Spheres; however, the Extreme Wrinkle Concentrate is targeted for precise delivery of the ingredients to wrinkles and the Extreme Tri-Peptide Complex was developed to be used over the entire face. Also, the Extreme Tri-Peptide Complex has cutting-edge anti-aging ingredients that not only target fine lines and wrinkles, but also help reduce the appearance of other signs of aging by smoothing and brightening the complexion and protecting the skin from environmental damage for a more youthful appearance.
Can this product be used on the neck and décolleté?
Yes, this product can be used on the neck and décolleté; however, it does not contain the same ingredients as Tight, Firm & Fill Firming Neck Serum that help to reduce the appearance of fat accumulation around the jaw line and chin.
Can this product be used around the eyes?
This product was not ophthalmologist tested, so it should not be applied around the eyes. An appropriate product would be the Tight, Firm & Fill Eye Firming Serum.
Will this product clog my pores?
This product has been tested and proven to be non-comedogenic, meaning that it does not clog pores.
Can I use this product if I have sensitive skin?
This product has been dermatologist, sensitivity and allergy tested; however, everyone’s skin is different. If you have sensitive skin, it is always best to test any new product on a small patch of skin along the jawline to see if your skin will react.
Does this product contain Gluten?
No.
The product stopped pumping, is it broken?
No, the product is not broken. The majority of cosmetic companies have moved to airless pump technology This pump works differently than a standard pump that has a tube that extends to the bottom of the container. With an airless pump there is no tube that extents into the lotion to dispense the product. The pump works by forming a vacuum, raising the floor of the bottle to dispense the product. Due to the fact that a vacuum needs to be initially created, it may take longer than normal to “prime” the pump. Once primed, the product will pump immediately until it is empty. If the pump stops working before the product is depleted, it is likely that an air bubble that was trapped in the lotion has come to the top, requiring you to re-prime the pump. Once primed, it is recommended that you never open the bottle, causing a release in the vacuum. It is then necessary to re-prime to restore the vacuum. For best results, store standing upright. How long will a bottle of TFF Extreme last?
This will depend upon how much product is used per application and how many times a day it is used. If used twice daily, one bottle will last approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
How quickly will I see results?
This will depend on your level of skin damage and prior use of more advanced anti-aging products. While all panelists in our test saw visible results in as little as 30 minutes, the results are more dramatic in those who have more advanced signs of aging and those who did not regularly use a complete skin care regimen.
