My job in Marketing is to ensure that every month is balanced as it relates to new products, offers and incentives to help you increase your sales and profits. In order to do that, we create a monthly focus on the things that will help you balance your business. Some months are focused on recruiting, some are focused on increasing activity (number of people ordering and holding Spas) and some months are focused on productivity (increasing order size). July is a month that is focused on Activity. WHY?? Great question. Here are some of the dynamics of July that affect your business:
- Kids are out of school and everyone is busy, making Spas more tricky to book and hold.
- Summer vacations take many people out of their business during July, which means their stores are closed for the month.
- Many of you know that there are some exciting things happening in August, so you wait until August to see what's new.
With that in mind, our job is to make July a month that not only helps you remove these barriers, but it rewards everyone in the process.
First, what's in it for your Hostesses and Spa Guests? That's easy...FIESTA GRANDE Weeks - July 9th-23rd. During these two weeks, we have created an opportunity for you to increase the benefits for both your Spa Hostess and your Spa guests when they book and hold a Spa during these dates. Remember...this is above and beyond the Hostess credits that your Hostess will receive as part of our Hostess Program. The Spa is the lifeblood of our business. It's where everything happens...sales, future bookings, potential new Consultants, etc. If you've been in the business long enough, you know that there are some exciting things that will be unveiled at Celebration and having a pipe-line of clients that could be incredible potential new Consultants is not only important, but CRUCIAL to making August and September a huge success. Ok, I'm not supposed to say anything, but you know me...if you were thinking about not coming to Celebration this year, please reconsider. I have been here 21 years and I can PROMISE you that you are going to fall flat on the floor when you see what we are introducing at this year's event. I mean...fall down, pass out, call the paramedics kind of WOW! I'm breathing hard just thinking about it!
Now, we also have a myriad of other reasons that you want to place your orders in July. First, we have our incredible Summer blow-out sale called the "Fiesta Forever" sale. You have the opportunity to stock up on some of our incredible products and save up to 50% off the retail price. That means you save more when you buy them for yourself or to use as added Host and Spa incentives such as gift with purchase, booking gifts, etc OR you profit more when you sell them at full price.
