Will there be a travel lid for the new Detoxifying Bath soak - leaked all over on the way home
We do have a Skinlogics Travel Cap that is available on the Sales Aids Section (#14048) that will also fit the Detox Bath Soak.
I was looking up ingredients in the Detox spa products and most of them have mint or peppermint, but nothing said if the spa masque tablets have a mint/peppermint scent to them. Do they have a mint/peppermint smell? How about the detoxifying clay masque?
All of the products contain the same detoxifying blend of ingredients, including peppermint. The masque tablets, however, are cloth masks…they do not have a scent.
Can you put the facial masque over the clay masque?
You can put the spa masque cloth, saturated with the Detox Refreshing Mist over the clay mask; however, the mask will not dry with a wet cloth on top of it.
Please, please reconsider discontinuing Corticure Comfort Lotion. My family uses it for everything - burns, mosquito bites, poison ivy, cuts, scrapes, even used several tubes when my son had chicken pox!
Based on your feedback, we are giving Corticure another chance. I have to be honest, sales of this product do NOT warrant keeping it. So…that being said, we will give it one more shot by re-promoting it. If we see that sales pick up, we will keep it, otherwise, we will be forced to discontinue it permanently.
While at Celebration I tried the Detox Clay masque 2 nights in a row, Thursday and Friday and by Sunday my whole chin and around my mouth had broken out. I have acne prone skin, very oily and was just wondering if I should be using this masque because it is also moisturizing (maybe too much moisture for my skin) or should I wait it out and continue using the Detox as it is flushing my skin and bringing all the toxins to the surface resulting in acne breakouts.
It sounds as if the mask is purging impurities…which it is supposed to do. If the breakouts were in the form of an itchy rash, then I would say that it was a form of a reaction. If the breakouts were acne related, then you should keep using it and allow it to purge the impurities. Your skin will thank you.
Are the new Detox products Gluten Free? Are they paraben free? Any nut derivatives?
I should start by saying that all of the ingredients for each of the products are located on the Product Information Center in Beautinet. In addition, we have a gluten reference sheet located in the Forms section that is updated monthly as needed.
All of the products are free of gluten. All of the products, with the exception of the Refreshing Mist, are free of parabens. There are no ingredients derived from nuts.

The Secret Agent Concealers ARE being discontinued; however, they are being replaced by something that I know you are going to love early next year.

I have a client that just turned 40 and uses heavy make-up all year through. I'm afraid the Platinum cleansing lotion won't remove her make-up well enough. Should she use the make-up remover first and then the cleanser or is the make-up remover all she needs before toning and moisturizing?
For someone who uses very heavy makeup, they may find that they need the Skinlogics Makeup Remover as their cleanser. That product is a dual makeup remover/cleanser in one.

No, none of our products contain phthalates.
How MUCH of the new BC Spa Detox Bath do we pour into the bath tub?
That will vary depending on personal preference and the size of your tub. The minimum suggested amount is 2 to 3 tablespoons. You can’t use too much of this product, so how much you ultimately use is your choice.
Can the new Detox Detoxifying Clay Masque be used on someone with Rosacea?
This is a very gentle mask. We have had great results with people who have rosacea using this product.
I was wondering if we will be able to order the teas in the Ultimate Detox kit separately at any time. Also I have been asked if these are teas that Detox as well.
